I DON’T HAVE A MAXIMIX MACHINE
Here’s everything you need to know before you buy.
-
As our customers savings can be so varied dependant on volumes of beer sold and the method of dispense, we have compiled several case studies that illustrate the benefits of renting or buying a Maximix system from lower volume accounts up to the largest of accounts in the UK.
You can see those here. -
A Maximix gas system is designed to be extremely easy and safe to use.
The system is fully automated and only requires a supply of CO₂ which is provided by the customer.
The system will notify you with an audible alarm and LED colour change when you need to change over the CO₂ cylinder by use of a simple changeover lever to a second bottle.
Helpful articles are available on this website and we are available in person on the service helpline 7AM - 7PM.
-
All new machines come with a 24-month full parts and labour warranty, which can be extended via a monthly subscription or an annual pre-payment offering the equivalent of two months free.
-
We are unique amongst the leading suppliers in offering a system to purchase outright.
We offer cash purchases and options to buy via HP across 24, 36 and 60 months.
All outright purchases (Cash or HP) require a £1,500 deposit.
We also offer rental systems, priced from £100 PCM - according to volumes of beer dispensed.
Rental systems require a 3 month deposit and there is no installation fee. A minimum rental period will apply subject to survey.
I HAVE A MAXIMIX MACHINE
Here are our most common questions, answered.
-
If the CO₂ LED is illuminated, this indicates the your CO₂ bottle needs to be changed.
If the N₂ LED is illuminated, this means that the nitrogen pressure is low. This can happen whilst doing a line clean due to excessive use in a short period of time and the machine will recover.
If the Air Pressure is below 6 bar, this could indicate the compressor is wearing out.
In both cases, lower the lever on the right-hand side of the machine to the downward position to access the reserve nitrogen cylinder.
This is a temporary fix which will require our attention – please call the service help line on 07778185354 for further advice/attendance.
-
If your nitrogen pressure is reading above 5 bar, this is completely normal. However, if the compressor LED is illuminated there could be a problem.
Please call the service help line on 07778185354 for further advice/attendance.
If out of hours, switch that machine off and back on again, and wait for the system to reboot (4 minutes).
If the same issue persists, lower the lever on the right-hand side of the machine to the downward position to access the reserve nitrogen cylinder and call the service helpline on 07778185354 at the next opportunity.
-
This can be caused by multiple issues including a leak on the cellar pipework and a worn out compressor.
Please call the service helpline on 07778185354 at the next opportunity and we will carry out a phone diagnosis to narrow down the potential issue.
-
This can have several potential causes, usually the post mix system or an incorrectly fitted keg coupler in the cellar - please call the service helpline on 07778185354 at the next opportunity and we will carry out a phone diagnosis to narrow down the potential issue.
-
Once a service call is logged and we have carried out a simple phone diagnosis, an engineer will usually be present within 36 hours depending on location and diagnosis triage.
Please ensure that during normal operation your reserve lever (located on the right hand side of the machine) is always in the upright position as this gives you access to an emergency reserve – usually up to 48hrs supply.
